I did so freaking well!! until…..
Okay so the entire day I ate so well. Just healthy foods veggies and some lean meat. Then tonight I attended a recruitment meeting to join a Ladies Social Circle thing and I knew they were going to have some foods at that meeting. So I ate at home before hand so I wouldn’t eat when I get there. The last time I was at this meeting, they had this mini subway sandwiches and some cookies. This time they had pizza, bread sticks, brownies, and cookies! I tried to control myself but failed. I ate everything. Now that I’m done I’m so disappointed at myself. And I feel bloated! Grr!
