Just watched a documentary called “Forks Over Knives” on Netflix. It was definitely an eye opener. I really need to start changing the way I eat. I’m the type who diets loses the weight I wanted then go back to eat whatever I want months later and forget the hard work I put months before to be healthy. I’m going to start transitioning from the information I learned in the documentary.
I RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE TO WATCH IT. YOU COULD PROBABLY SAVE YOUR OR SOMEONE ELSE’S LIFE. I attached a video from hulu with the documentary :)
